Century Retail is an affiliate of Century Realty Funds, Inc. (CRF). Century Retail was organized in 2004 for the purpose of leasing it's ever expanding portfolio of new retail projects under development in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and the Carolina's. Century Retail currently has over 75 shopping centers in it's portfolio, with an estimated 27 of those projects currently under development.
Century Retail is proud to announce the addition of a satellite office located in Smyrna, Georgia. This office consists of an experienced team of Leasing, Site Acquisition and Development professionals, handling all Georgia, Alabama, North and South Carolina operations.
Our commercial portfolio is located in the Southeastern United States on major roadways in prime locations catering to a variety of consumers and businesses. Century Retail develops, leases and manages a variety of projects from small strips to mixed use town centers with national tenants such as Publix, TJ Maxx, Starbucks and Bealls among those.
